Pre-Packaged Food Items
Any food brought to the school for parties, events, etc…. should be store bought and have labels on them. The reason for this is because we have students with severe allergies such as, but not limited to tree nuts. We are asking that you refrain from sending peanut or tree nut products to school. Please reference student handbook.
A Reminder From the Health Office:
Through parent portal, please be sure you’ve submitted the health permission form. Without it completed, our Health Tech cannot administer any medications to your child during the school day. This includes tylenol, cough drops, bug bite cream, antibiotic ointment for any cuts or scrapes, etc.
The Health Office needs to be aware of any health concerns your student may have. This includes any allergies, medications, or health problems.
No medications, including cough drops, may be carried to and from school by a student. All prescription medications to be taken at school, need to have the proper paperwork filled out by both the parent and doctor and submitted to the Health Office.
Immunizations are required by Colorado Law to attend school. Please be sure your student is up to date with immunizations. Exemption forms may be picked up in the Health Office.
It’s important to have current phone numbers listed in Infinite Campus for any emergencies. Parent contact will be made for all head bumps.
