DescriptionA 41-year-old gentleman has been asked to have support to live in a host home. This person is looking for someone who has a background in the human services field and whois caring and patient. The gentleman is interested in living with a couple or a single male who lives locally. NO CHILDREN PLEASE. The ideal contractor would be one who has a strong, positive male living there to offer guidance and companionship. This gentleman is fairly independent with hils activities of daily living, however, the HHC would be present to support him to maintain good quality in all areas. He has specialized medical and mental health issues that would require significant support in order to maximize his health and to prevent worsening conditions. He has few safety skills; therefore he has minimal time where he could be unsupervised. He is a very social person who enjoys being involved with others during activities and loves to be active himself. He has a very caring family who would continue to be involved in his life however, they do live out of state.
