By registering and paying the fees, I agree to the Florence Chamber of Commerce / Florence Merchants' Association for Food Vendors and agree to abide by them. I agree to hold harmless the Florence Chamber of Commerce, the Florence Merchants' Association, their members, their representatives, all vendors participants and the City of Florence from any claims, loss or damage, of any nature whatsoever, arising from the Spring Junktique / Merchants Car Show events held on May 16, 17, 18, 2025 in downtown Florence, Colorado.

I hereby release the Florence Chamber of Commerce, the City of Florence, the Florence Merchants Car Show and any employees or volunteer of the above mentioned organizations and assume all responsibilities during the event May 16 - 17, 2025.

The Florence Chamber of Commerce, the Florence Merchants' Association and City of Florence reserves the right to ask any vendor or exhibitor who does not comply with stated guidelines or causes undo disruption will be asked to leave the event without any refund of fees. *
